One [positive] note re customer service - the delivery was delayed; however no real harm done as FedEx allowed a free re-arrange and as an added bonus NitDH put in some free doggy treats by way of an apology - thank you!

Really happy with the dog basket. Looks great. Not quite as big as expected as it is very padded around the sides. Delivery took longer than expected but I was kept up to date and ordered the bed in plenty of time for the puppies arrival :hugging:.

The Joules Bee Print dog bed is well constructed with a wipeable & washable outer and removable washable cushion. Lovely bee print on the fabric the bed gets a wag of approval from Spencer the Cockapoo.
Delivery took longer than expected but we were kept fairly well updated about progress.
